You can save your check register using QB's print functionality, and then analyse the document according to your needs. You can also use Quickbooks Check Register export feature to validate, print, and save a physical copy of your file for quick access. When you're a huge corporation dealing with multiple banks at the same time, exporting and preserving a physical copy can come in handy. This is because you can quickly check if your deposits are rooted in your preferred bank or if there is any lag.
